Terms of Use

These terms apply when you buy or use Braidy Social Strategist (“Braidy”), sold by [your business name] (“I”, “me”, “my”). By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. What you’re buying
Braidy is a digital skill file that you add to your own Claude account. It guides you through an onboarding and helps you create a social media strategy, content calendar and dashboard inside Claude.

2. One purchase, one user
Your purchase is for one person, for use with your own Claude account. You may use it for your own brand or business. You may not:

  • share, post, or send the download link, the zip file, or your access to anyone else;

  • resell, give away, upload, or distribute Braidy or any part of it;

  • use it to build a competing product.
    If someone else wants Braidy, they need to buy their own copy. I may end access if these terms are broken.

3. One-time fee
You pay once. There are no monthly fees from me. You can keep and use your copy for as long as Claude supports skills. This does not cover your Claude subscription, which you pay to Anthropic. You need a Claude Pro plan or higher to run Braidy.

4. No refunds
Because Braidy is a digital product you download and use right away, all sales are final and I do not offer refunds. Please make sure you have, or are willing to get, a Claude Pro plan or higher before you buy.

5. Built for Claude
Braidy is built for and designed to be used with Claude. You are free to try it on other platforms, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Muse, but I can’t guarantee how it will work or look there, and I can’t provide support for them.

6. No guarantees
Braidy provides a strategy, content ideas, and a plan. It does not promise any results, including followers, views, engagement, sales, or income. Your results depend on many things outside my control, including your effort, your niche, and changes to Instagram. The content Claude writes is a starting point: please review it, and make sure anything you publish is accurate and right for you. Braidy is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

7. Claude, Instagram, and other services
Braidy works inside Claude and may read your Instagram Insights if you connect it. I am not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, Instagram, or Meta. Those services have their own terms, which you agree to with them. If they change how their products work, Braidy may stop working or change, and I am not responsible for that.

8. Updates and support
“I may release updates. If I do, I’ll send them to the email you used to purchase. For support, email vidy@ciaobrandlab.com. I aim to reply within 3 business days.

9. Intellectual property
I own Braidy, including its design, text, and instructions. Buying it gives you a personal license to use it, not ownership. The strategy, plan, and content created for you belong to you.

10. Limit of liability
Braidy is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, I’m not responsible for losses or damages that come from using it or not being able to use it, and my total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Changes and governing law
I may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought it covers your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.

Privacy Policy

What I collect
When you buy, I (and the services that run my store) collect your name, email address, and payment information. If you email me for support, I keep that email and your reply.

Payment information
Your payment is handled by Flodesk through a secure checkout. I never see or store your full card number. Please check Flodesk’s own privacy policy for how they handle it.

How I use it

  • To process your order, deliver Braidy, and send your receipt.

  • To give you support and answer your questions.

  • To send you updates about Braidy [and occasional tips or offers, if you add buyers to a mailing list]. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by emailing me.

Who I share it with
I share your information only with the services I use to run the sale: Flodesk and their payment processors and Google Business Suite/Flodesk for email. They process it only to provide their service to me. I do not sell your personal information.

What I do not see
Braidy runs inside your own Claude account. Your onboarding answers, plan, content, and Instagram numbers stay in your Claude account. I do not see, collect, or store them. Anthropic’s own privacy policy covers how Claude handles what you share with it. If you connect Claude in Chrome, it reads your Instagram Insights in your own browser, and I do not receive that data.

Keeping it safe
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of storage or transfer online is completely secure.

Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, or ask me to stop emailing you, by writing to vidy@ciaobrandlab.com.

Children
Braidy is not meant for anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes
I may update this policy and will change the date at the top when I do.
